Local Sidewalk Art

Spotted on rue Laurier, Gatineau

On my walk to the local library, along a few blocks, I encounter four mosaics set into the sidewalk. Now that’s what I call street art: unexpected, restorative – and useful!! Intrigued, I did a little research and found out that this is a global movement, as in the links below. Has anyone else found some vibrant local sidewalk art? Let us know and we’ll post them in the next newsletter!
