France and I moved into our new home (…..and studio!) at the beginning of the month. Although not fully out of the “boxes” phase, some semblance of order is returning. Our annual three-day workshop in Wakefield was held in record-breaking temperatures during the first week of July. Next year, perhaps we’ll formalize swimming onto the agenda! On a more serious note, it was perhaps a degree or two cooler than in town and we had a wonderful time working with the intrepid group of Summer Break-a-Brushers.
We hope that you’ve enjoyed the regular posts over the past month, as well as a new methods page. Links to each are included below. This coming month, we once again have some fresh pages and posts in the works. There are new video segments to come, including sneak peeks into David’s creative painting process!
You may have noticed that the Ottawa School of Art Instructor’s Exhibitions open in August, starting with the vernissage for the downtown exhibition this Thursday …. France and I hope to see you there!
