Welcome to the first “Brushing” of 2019! In and amongst the festivities, our creative energies have been fomenting and what better way to “burn off” all that energy with some new art. We thought that the above cartoon captured perfectly our feelings about going into the new year: Whatever your interest, cultivating that cherished thing means so much more in this mad, unpredictable world.

We’re sure you’ve seen announcements for the on-line portrait courses, and the Acrylics course is now open. We’ve been very pleasantly surprised by all the feedback and interest and are intending to follow-up with some additional courses in the future. Watch this space!

Winter term at the Ottawa School of Art commences the week of 14 January, and a quick check of the OSA website shows that there is still space in most classes (David’s included).
