Expressive Portraits and Figures: Capturing Personality Through the Ages – 28 Oct. 2023 – 29 Oct. 2023 (2 days)

Throughout the ages, artists have striven to create portraits and figures that were somehow more than just paint, paintings that captured essential personality: from Rembrandt whose portraits are regarded as among the greatest creative triumphs, Renoir suggesting details through freely brushed touches and the many Expressionist and Modernists who followed them.
Individual coaching will be provided and participants are welcome to use the medium of their choice. Participants will be able to create a painting from scratch or equally, bring along a work-in-progress.
Oil, Acrylic, Watercolour and Pastel artists are all welcome!
