I’ve been keenly interested in both art and science from an early age.
Having chosen a career in the aerospace industry, I increasingly took on general business innovation and development challenges before returning to art. I feel all the luckier for the marvelous opportunity of living both enriching realms of science and art. There’s much overlap, complement and each offers much opportunity to resolve problems and challenges.
I enjoy working with both novices and experienced artists alike, through teaching at the
Ottawa School of Art and also with my spouse France, in our popular series of themed “Break-a-Brush!” painting workshops.
I’ve been privileged to have completed a wide range of painting commissions for private clients in New York City, the U.K., Montreal as well as throughout the Ottawa/Gatineau region.
